Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 0 teaspoons paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

Directions

Step 1
Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Once the water reaches a boil, remove the saucepan from heat and cover it. Let the eggs sit in hot water for 12 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water. Let them cool for at least 5 minutes.
Step 4
Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
Step 5
Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Step 6
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
