  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 450 g frozen tater tots
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 250 ml sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
Step 4
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

In a large baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.

Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.

Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the tater tots.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
