  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 120 g cream cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 60 ml ketchup
  • 240 ml milk
  • 30 ml mustard
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 900 g tater tots

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.

Season the beef mixture with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, cream cheese, ketchup, and mustard, mixing until smooth.

Add the beef mixture to the bowl and stir to combine.

Spread the beef mixture evenly in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
