  • 12 artichoke hearts
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 120 grams breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 60 grams parmesan cheese
  • 30 grams parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Stuff each artichoke heart with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down gently to ensure the mixture stays in place.

Place the stuffed artichoke hearts in a baking dish.
