  • 100 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Whisk until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a gentle boil.

Once thickened, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
