  • 100 grams carrots
  • 20 grams ginger
  • 20 grams honey
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 60 ml rice vinegar
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Peel and roughly chop the carrots and ginger.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the chopped carrots, ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, honey, and water.
Step 3
Blend until smooth and well combined.
Step 4
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Step 5
Transfer the dressing to a jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
