Ingredients

  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • 150 g blackberries
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 150 g butter
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 200 g sugar
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt.
Step 3
Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Step 4
Gradually add cold water, tossing with a fork until dough forms a ball.
Step 5
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to fit a 9-inch pie plate. Transfer the dough to the pie plate. Trim to 1/2 inch beyond edge of plate; flute edges.
Step 6
In another bowl, combine the blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries. Add lemon juice and cornstarch; toss to coat.
Step 7
Pour the berry mixture into the crust.
Step 8
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 50-60 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Step 9
Cool on a wire rack before serving.
