  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 15 ml Dijon mustard
  • 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 15 ml honey
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey until well combined.
Step 2
Slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil while continuously whisking to emulsify the mixture.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the vinaigrette and whisk until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
