  • 3 egg yolks
  • 30 grams flour
  • 1 pie crust
  • 240 grams raisins
  • 480 ml sour cream
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small saucepan, combine raisins and water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the water is absorbed, about 5 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, flour, egg yolks, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Add the cooked raisins to the sour cream mixture and stir well.
