Ingredients

  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 0.5 cup cilantro
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 green onions
  • 450 g ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 0.5 cup mint leaves
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a large skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and mix well to combine.
Step 4
Add the shallots, mint leaves, cilantro, green onions, and chili flakes (if using) to the skillet and stir to combine.
Step 5
Serve the chicken larb over the cooked rice and enjoy!
