  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 200 grams dates
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a paste.

In a large bowl, mix the date paste, rolled oats, almond butter, vanilla extract, baking soda, and egg until well combined.

Scoop out spoonfuls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of a spoon.
