Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix the butter, garlic, shallots, parsley, lemon juice, white wine, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Place a small amount of the butter mixture into each escargot shell or individual escargot dish compartment.

Place one escargot into each shell or compartment, then cover with more butter mixture.

Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the butter is bubbling and the bread crumbs are golden brown.
