Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 yellow squash
  • 2 zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3
Add sliced zucchinis and yellow squashes to the skillet.
Step 4
Season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Step 5
Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
