  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g pistachios
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 500 g vanilla ice cream
  • 200 ml whipping cream

Directions

Step 1
In a blender, combine the pistachios and sugar. Blend until the pistachios are finely ground.

In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and ground pistachio mixture. Heat over medium heat until it begins to simmer, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled pistachio mixture.
