  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 15 g cilantro
  • 10 g garam masala
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 10 g ginger
  • 5 g ground coriander
  • 5 g ground cumin
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 1 onion
  • 5 g salt
  • 400 g tomato puree
  • 2 g turmeric
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 120 ml yogurt

Directions

Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, and salt. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.

Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.

Stir in the tomato puree and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce is thick and creamy.
