  • 450 g chicken gizzards
  • 240 g flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp salt

Directions

Rinse the chicken gizzards thoroughly under cold water.

In a bowl, combine the buttermilk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Add the gizzards to the buttermilk mixture, making sure they are fully submerged. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
