  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • 4 Italian sausage
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper

Directions

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Grill the Italian sausages for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
Step 3
While sausages are grilling, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add sliced peppers and onions to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté until soft and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
