Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 green onions
  • 15 ml honey
  • 250 grams noodles
  • 60 grams peanut butter
  • 30 grams peanuts
  • 15 ml rice vinegar
  • 5 ml sesame oil
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and water until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the peanut sauce over the cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly.
Step 4
Add the sliced green onions and julienned carrot to the noodles and toss again.
Step 5
Serve the peanut noodles topped with crushed peanuts.
