  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 100 g lettuce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 400 g tofu

Directions

Step 1
Drain the tofu and cut it into small cubes.
Step 2
Peel and julienne the carrot.
Step 3
Slice the cucumber thinly.
Step 4
Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Step 5
In a large bowl, combine the tofu, cucumber, carrot, and lettuce.

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 7
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey to make the dressing.
Step 8
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Step 9
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
