Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.

Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into each cup of a muffin tin.

Place the muffin tin in the oven for about 5 minutes until the oil is very hot.

Carefully remove the muffin tin from the oven and quickly pour the batter into each cup, filling them about halfway.

Return the tin to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the puddings are puffed and golden brown.
