  • 400 g black beans
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 200 g corn
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 400 g diced tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 400 g kidney beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the Crock-Pot.
Step 2
Add the diced onion and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
Step 3
Pour in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and corn.

Add the chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Stir the mixture gently to combine all ingredients.
