  • 120 g flour
  • 20 large shrimp
  • 120 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 ml vegetable oil
  • 60 ml water

Season the shrimp with salt.

Place the flour in a shallow dish.

In a bowl, beat the egg and mix with water.

Place the panko breadcrumbs in another shallow dish.

Dredge each shrimp in the flour, dip into the egg mixture, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
