Baked Spinach and Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 60 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 120 g feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 450 g ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 120 g spinach

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 3
Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Brush the meatballs with olive oil to help them brown.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
