  • 240 grams all-purpose flour
  • 30 milliliters olive oil
  • 15 grams poppy seeds
  • 5 grams salt
  • 15 grams sesame seeds
  • 5 grams sugar
  • 120 milliliters water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.

Add the water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.

Roll each part as thin as possible using a rolling pin.

Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and poppy seeds evenly over the dough and press them down lightly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Allow the lavosh to cool completely before breaking it into pieces.
