  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 900 g collard greens
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Directions

Step 1
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the olive oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.

Turn off the sauté mode and add the chopped collard greens to the pot.
