Ingredients

  • 120 ml buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 carrot
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 100 g cheddar cheese
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1000 ml chicken broth
  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the diced onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the chicken broth and Buffalo sauce. Bring to a simmer.
Step 6
Stir in the cream cheese until fully melted and incorporated.
Step 7
Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
