Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 450 g shrimp
  • 450 g spaghetti

Directions

Step 1
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
Step 5
Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Step 6
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the shrimp and sauce.
Step 7
Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the pasta and serve immediately.
