  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 cup cilantro
  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 lime
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 8 tortillas

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush the cod fillets with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Place the seasoned cod fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
