A delicious and refreshing pie perfect for summer, made with a watermelon filling and a graham cracker crust. Ideal for a light dessert on a hot day.

  • 7 grams gelatin
  • 1 piece graham cracker crust
  • 15 milliliters lemon juice
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 60 milliliters water
  • 500 grams watermelon
  • 250 milliliters whipped cream

Directions

Step 1
Blend the cubed watermelon until smooth and strain through a fine mesh to remove the pulp.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, gelatin, and water. Heat gently until the gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved.
Step 3
Remove from heat and stir in the watermelon juice and lemon juice. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Step 4
Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the pie is set.
Step 7
Serve chilled and enjoy!
