Step 1
Blend the cubed watermelon until smooth and strain through a fine mesh to remove the pulp.

In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, gelatin, and water. Heat gently until the gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved.

Remove from heat and stir in the watermelon juice and lemon juice. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.

Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
