  • 4 g baking powder
  • 10 g cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • 50 g granulated sugar for topping
  • 100 g light brown sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 113 g unsalted butter
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until smooth.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until well combined.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.

In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and granulated sugar for topping, then sprinkle evenly over the batter.
