Ingredients

  • 2 g black pepper
  • 60 g breadcrumbs
  • 450 g crab meat
  • 15 g Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 5 g Old Bay seasoning
  • 5 g parsley
  • 2 g salt
  • 5 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Step 3
Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
Step 4
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
Step 5
Place the crab cakes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Step 6
Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Step 7
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
