  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 15 ml Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 15 ml honey
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 60 ml white balsamic vinegar

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl or jar, combine the white balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Whisk or shake the mixture until the ingredients are well combined.
Step 3
Gradually add the olive oil, whisking continuously, until the vinaigrette is well emulsified.
Step 4
Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
