  • 4 carrots
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
