  • 240 g all-purpose flour
  • 65 g granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 226 g unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the flour and salt, and mix until the dough comes together.

Press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a tart or pie pan.
