  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 2 scallions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked, then push to one side of the skillet.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir everything together.
Step 5
Add the crab meat, soy sauce, and fish sauce, and mix well.
Step 6
Stir in the sliced scallions and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Step 7
Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
