  • 100 g butter
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 200 g graham cracker crumbs
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly moistened.

Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 23 cm (9-inch) pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
