  • 430 g crushed pineapple
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 100 g instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 240 ml milk
  • 120 ml vegetable oil
  • 230 g whipped topping
  • 460 g yellow cake mix

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, instant pudding mix, crushed pineapple with juice, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well blended.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, mix the whipped topping, second package of instant pudding mix, and milk until smooth. Spread over the cooled cake.
Step 5
Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the frosting to set.
