  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 450 g green beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.

In a bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Bundle about 6-8 green beans together and wrap a slice of bacon around the middle. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
