  • 240 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 3 g black pepper
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 15 ml hot sauce
  • 120 ml ketchup
  • 3 g red pepper flakes
  • 5 g salt

Directions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.

Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let the sauce cool.
