Directions
Step 1
Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and add the water.
Step 3
Place the squash halves on the trivet, cut side up.
Step 4
Sprinkle salt and drizzle olive oil over the squash halves.
Step 5
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 7 minutes.
Step 6
Once the cooking time is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure.
Step 7
Carefully remove the squash halves from the Instant Pot.
Step 8
Use a fork to scrape the flesh of the squash into spaghetti-like strands.
