  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 180 grams graham cracker crumbs
  • 240 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 450 grams strawberries
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
