  • 30 g fresh mint leaves
  • 200 g sugar
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the fresh mint leaves.
Step 4
Let the mint leaves steep in the syrup for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Strain the syrup to remove the mint leaves and let it cool completely.
Step 6
Transfer the mint syrup to a sealed container and store in the refrigerator.
