  • 5 g baking soda
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 g salt
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 200 g sugar
  • 115 g unsalted butter
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, diced strawberries, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
Step 4
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Step 5
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.

Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 7
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
