Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 425 g black beans
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 285 g corn
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 800 g diced tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 450 g ground turkey
  • 425 g kidney beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 425 g tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Step 2
Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Step 3
Transfer the turkey and vegetable mixture to a slow cooker.
Step 4
Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
