Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

In a large bowl, mix the sliced apples with raisins, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and lemon juice. Set aside.

On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry dough to a thin rectangle.

Brush the melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Spread the apple mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

Carefully roll up the dough, starting from one of the longer sides, to enclose the filling.
