  • 60 grams baking powder
  • 10 grams salt
  • 50 grams sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Store the pancake mix in an airtight container until ready to use.

To make pancakes: In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of pancake mix with 3/4 cup of milk, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Stir until just combined.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 2 more minutes.
