  • 8 slices bacon
  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 g spinach

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper.
