  • 2 avocado
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 jalapeno
  • 240 ml lime juice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tomato
  • 8 tostadas
  • 450 grams white fish fillets

Directions

Step 1
Dice the white fish fillets into small pieces and place them in a large bowl.
Step 2
Pour the fresh lime juice over the fish, making sure all pieces are covered. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fish turns opaque.
Step 3
While the fish is marinating, dice the tomatoes, onion, cucumber, and avocado. Mince the jalapeno peppers and chop the cilantro.
Step 4
Once the fish is ready, drain the excess lime juice.
Step 5
Incorporate the diced tomatoes, onion, cucumber, jalapeno peppers, and cilantro into the bowl with the fish. Mix well.
Step 6
Season with salt and gently fold in the diced avocados.
Step 7
Serve the ceviche on top of tostadas and enjoy!
