  • 480 milliliters chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 800 grams diced tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 900 grams ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 60 grams tomato paste

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Add chopped onion, minced garlic, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
