Ingredients

  • 3 carrots
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 3 cups cooked turkey
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 cups turkey broth

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Add chopped onion, sliced carrots, and sliced celery. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
Step 4
Pour in turkey broth and bring to a boil.
